BILOXI EAST CHANNEL - BACK BAY OF BILOXI General / Marine Construction (Excluding Bridges) / Facilities, Barriers, Manmade Reefs, Riprap, Jetties / Dikes Back Bay of Biloxi - Marine Construction --- --- The Hiller Park Living Shoreline Project will take place in the Back Bay of Biloxi, near approximate position 30-24.87N 088-57.16W. Operations will consist of the placement of riprap to create a 4,100 ft segmented breakwater on the north shoreline of Hiller Park. On-scene vessels will include, but are not limited to, push boats, barges, material handlers, and transport vessels. Mariners are requested to transit the area at no-wake speed.
