Change/Relocate Brownsville Channel A Range Front Light (LLNR-29870) in position 26-01.85N 097-13.53W from showing Q W, 33ft, KRW-I on skeleton tower, visible all around; higher intensity 14° each side of rangeline to approximate position 26-01.73N 097-13.73W showing Q W, 16ft, visible all around; higher intensity 1.5° each side of rangeline. Lighted throughout 24 hours. Ra ref.
