Location: 36-55.58N 076-19.99W Aid Name: Norfolk International Terminal North Channel Buoy 4N LLNR: 9552 Action: RELOCATE In association with the Port of Virginia’s dredging and realignment of the Norfolk International Terminal North Channel. The Coast Guard, on or about the week of November 16, 2026 will relocate Buoy 4N (LLNR 9552) to approximate position 36 55 34.286N—76 20 02.132W. The approximate position is 75’ outside/off the new channel alignment. Dredging is tentatively scheduled to be completed by 1/31/2027. MSI:57707
