Location: 36-55.61N 076-20.08W Aid Name: Norfolk International Terminal North Channel Lighted Buoy 2N LLNR: 9551.5 Action: RELOCATE In association with the Port of Virginia’s dredging and realignment of the Norfolk International Terminal North Channel. The Coast Guard, on or about the November 16, 2026 will relocate Lighted Buoy 2N (LLNR 9551.5) to approximate position 36 55 35.672N—76 20 09.488W. The approximate position is 75’ outside/off the new channel alignment. Dredging is tentatively scheduled to be completed by 1/31/2027. MSI: 7706
