Location: 38-52.51N 077-02.34W Bridge Name: Charles Fenwick Railroad Bridge Mariners are advised that an engineering firm, on behalf of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), will conduct inspections of the L-Line (Charles R. Fenwick Railroad) Bridge over the Potomac River at mile 109.5 in Washington, DC, from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. daily, October 26 through October 30, 2026. The main navigation channels will remain open and unobstructed during the inspection. A bucket boat and safety boat will be operating in the vicinity and may be contacted on VHF-FM Channels 13 and 16. Mariners are urged to exercise caution when transiting the area and maintain a safe speed and distance from inspection vessels and personnel.
