DW White Construction Inc. will conduct intermittent disposal of material into CAD Cell 3 in the Acushnet River, at approximate position 41°37'27.37"N, 070°54'52.10"W, from October 23, 2026, through July 8, 2027. Operations will occur Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Equipment on scene may include the push boats SHEELAGH M and ERIN ASHLEY; spud barges KS1502 and POSEIDON SECTIONAL; barges LITTLE JEFF and 61B; and a Caterpillar 390 excavator. Work at Shuster Wharf will be conducted without a silt curtain to avoid impeding channel navigation. Work within CAD Cell 3 will occur inside a silt curtain. Mariners are requested to use caution, maintain a safe speed and distance, and contact project vessels on VHF-FM Channels 13, 16, or 71 for passing arrangements.
