Location: 40-34.61N 074-11.43W Bridge Name: W Shore Expwy Bridges From October 19, 2026 through December 30, 2026, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., contractors will be utilizing a barge with a 60’ manlift under the West Shore 440 Highway Bridge over Fresh Kills at mile 0.4 to perform bridge inspection. The barge will be moved out of the navigable channel after work hours or when not in use. Mariners requiring full clearance can contact the contractor via marine radio VHF-FM Ch. 13/16 or call Rajesh Subedi at (929) 471-3140. Mariners are advised to exercise caution when transiting the area.
