Location: 41-12.01N 073-06.61W Bridge Name: Washington Bridge From October 19, 2026 to October 30, 2026 between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., a contractor, WSP, will be performing an under-bridge inspection unit (UBIU) and 10’ safety boat at the Route 1 Bridge across Housatonic River at mile 3.5, in Milford, CT. Mariners requiring full vertical clearance can contact the contractor via marine radio VHF-FM Ch 13/16 or by calling Brian Howlett at (860) 922-6064. Mariners are advised to exercise caution and reduce wake when transiting the area.
