Location: Mariners are advised that a safety zone will be enforced for a barge-based fireworks display, scheduled to be held on the Hudson River, October 17th, 2026, from 8:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. The fireworks barge will be in approximate position 41°41’54.48” N 73°56’34.47” W and the Safety Zone encompasses all waters within a 500-foot radius from the barge. Vessels may not enter, remain in, or transit through the Safety Zone during the enforcement period unless authorized by the Coast Guard Captain of the Port. Other Federal, State and local agencies may assist these personnel in the enforcement of the Safety Zone.
