YACHT RACES, WILL BE HELD ON 03 OCT 26 BETWEEN 0800Z-1400Z ON THE COURSE OF BEŞİKTAŞ – ARNAVUTKÖY – BEYKOZ – ANADOLUHİSARI – FENERBAHÇE – MODA. STRAIT OF ISTANBUL WILL BE CLOSED TO VESSEL TRAFFIC ON 03 OCT 26 BETWEEN 0800Z-1400Z. CAUTION ADVISED. 2. THIS WARNING WILL BE CANCELLED ON 03 OCT 26 AT 1500Z.
