Location: 38-59.12N 076-29.66W Bridge Name: Naval Academy Utility Pipeline Bridge Mariners are advised that an engineering firm, on behalf of the U.S. Navy, will be performing maitancence on the utility pipeline crossing College Creek, near position 38-59.12N 076-29.66W, on the Naval Academy at Annapolis, MD. To facilitate utility work, several work boats and small barges will be utilized under and around the utility pipeline from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on October 05, 2026, through June 1, 2028. Work boats will be deployed directly under the bridge in various locations to perform maintenance. Maintenance personnel and equipment will be relocated from the navigable channel, upon request. The maintenance personnel may be reached on VHF-FM channel 13 and 16 or via telephone at (202) 716-2705. Mariners are urged to use caution when operating in this area. MSI #56619.
