Location: 34-30.85N 077-19.14W 34-29.75N 077-17.37W 34-23.77N 077-29.86W 34-24.86N 077-31.25W A military air and surface vessel activity area is established approximately 1-3 nautical miles between New River Inlet Sea Buoy and New Topsail Inlet Sea Buoy from the Surface up to 2000ft AGL. The exercise will run daily between 1300Z and 2300Z beginning on November 2nd and finishing on November 6th, 2026. Mariners transiting nearby are advised to exercise extreme caution due to low-altitude helicopter hovering, deployed fast ropes extending to maritime vessels, and high downwash turbulence. Non-participating traffic should navigate clear of the designated coordinates. Training target vessel is the HOS ROSEBUD. All safety and participating vessels will be monitoring Channel 16 (156.800 MHz) and Channel 22A (157.100 MHz). MSI #54716.
