AT 1130 HOURS ON 09 OCT, TWO TUGS INCLUDING ZHEN HUA TUO 7 TOWING ZHEN BO 18 WILL PROCEED DOWNBOUND PASSING BAOSHAN LIGHT BUOY IN THE SHANGHAI SECTION OF CHANGJIANG RIVER TO BERTH AT CHANGXING ZHENHUA BASE. TOTAL LENGTH OF TOW 85 METERS, WIDTH 50 METERS. ALL VESSELS ARE REQUESTED TO NAVIGATE WITH CAUTION.
