CHANGJIANG ESTUARY, AT 1250 HOURS ON 27 OCT, TWO TUGS INCLUDING ZHEN HUA TUO 10 TOWING ZHEN BO 18, PROCEEDING DOWNSTREAM PAST BAOSHAN LIGHT BUOY IN THE SHANGHAI SECTION OF CHANGJIANG RIVER TO BERTH AT CHANGXING ZHENHUA BASE. TOTAL LENGTH OF TOW IS 85 METERS AND WIDTH IS 50 METERS. ALL VESSELS ARE ADVISED TO NAVIGATE WITH CAUTION.
