HANGZHOU BAY. ON 18 OCT, LIBERIAN VESSEL ZHEN HUA 36 (LENGTH 240.5 METERS) WILL PASS Y0 LIGHT BUOY AT 1330 HOURS TO BERTH AT YANGSHAN PHASE IV SHANGDONG TERMINAL. LOADED WITH QUAY CRANES EXTENDING 75 METERS OUTBOARD TO PORT AND 33 METERS OUTBOARD TO STARBOARD, WITH THE OVERHANGING PARTS 18 METERS ABOVE THE WATER SURFACE.
ALL VESSELS ARE REQUESTED TO NAVIGATE WITH CAUTION.
