FROM 0730 ON 15 OCT TO 1030 ON 16 OCT, LNG CARRIER "HAI GANG WEI LAI" WILL DEPART SHANTANGDAO TEMPORARY ANCHORAGE FOR LVHUASHAN ANCHORAGE FOR BUNKERING OPERATIONS, AND THEN RETURN TO SHANTANGDAO TEMPORARY ANCHORAGE. ALL VESSELS ARE REQUESTED TO NAVIGATE WITH CAUTION.
