Area: EASTERN CHANNEL Locality: FUTURE DIEPPE-LE TREPORT WINDFARM WORKS_IN_PROGRESS ANTIFER - DIEPPE LE TREPORT WINDFARM IN ACCORDANCE WITH DECREE 28/26/PREMARMANCHE, RESTRICTED AREAS ARE ESTABLISHED AND DEFINED AS FOLLOWS: 1. WORK AREA bounded by: A 50-06.21N 001-01.67E B 50-07.66N 001-04.05E C 50-08.99N 001-02.11E D 50-13.55N 001-09.64E E 50-10.17N 001-14.59E F 50-04.16N 001-04.68E Within the work area, navigation, stopping, anchoring of vessels, craft and boats, fishing, swimming, underwater diving and all other nautical activities are prohibited. By exception to the preceding provision, navigation of commercial fishing vessels remains authorized within the work area under the following conditions: - fishing vessel of overall length less than 25 metres; - navigation speed limited to 12 knots; - permanent AIS transmission; - integration of the positions of the various "restricted areas" into navigation charts; - prior contact with the guard vessel by VHF (channel 77), at least 20 minutes before entering the restricted area; - compliance with usage restrictions within the work area 2. BUFFER ZONE bounded by: ZR_N 50-15.66N 001-09.74E ZR_E 50-10.10N 001-17.89E ZR_S 50-02.04N 001-04.58E ZR_W1 50-06.27N 000-58.37E ZR_W2 50-07.72N 001-00.76E ZR_W3 50-09.04N 000-58.81E Within the buffer zone, navigation, stopping and anchoring of passenger vessels (NAP), commercial use vessels (NUC), as well as vessels with a gross tonnage greater than 500 UMS or carrying dangerous goods, are prohibited. 3. Static and dynamic "safety bubbles": Navigation, stopping, anchoring of vessels, craft and boats, fishing, swimming, underwater diving and all other nautical activities are prohibited, including when conducted by vessels authorized to enter the work area: - within a radius of 150 m around wind turbine positions; - within a radius of 500 m around the OSS position; - within a radius of
