Dynamic Shipping Zones A, B, C, D, and E: No restriction in effect. Seasonal Management Areas 1 and 2: No restriction in effect. Restricted area: No restriction in effect. Voluntary Seasonal Slowdown: Vessels are requested to reduce their speed less than 10 knots over ground. Additional details are available in Notices to Mariners. Failure to comply with speed restrictions in effect can lead to enforcement action by Transport Canada. Mariners are requested to report whale sightings and observations of entangled, dead, or injured whales to Marine Communication and Traffic Services.
