Effective 142000 UTC Oct 2026, the following North Atlantic Right Whale restriction Zones are in effect for all vessels greater than 13 meters in length overall:
Static Zones North and South: No restriction in effect.
Dynamic Shipping Zones A, B, C, D, and E: No restriction in effect.
Seasonal Management Areas 1 and 2: No restriction in effect.
Restricted area: No restriction in effect.
Voluntary Seasonal Slowdown: There is no slowdown in effect.
