Voluntary Vessel Fuel Oil Sampling Program
Description
USCG initiates a voluntary fuel sampling program to assess MARPOL Annex VI sulfur compliance. Voluntary participation won’t result in sanctions for non-compliance; samples will be taken under Coast Guard oversight.
