Cancellation of CVC Policy Letter 15-05: Requirements for Out-of-Water Survival Craft

USCG cancels CVC Policy Letter 15-05 due to the 2015 CGAA, which limits out-of-water survival craft requirements to passenger vessels over 100 GT in cold waters built or converted after Jan 1, 2016.
